Official Rules
  1. No purchase required.
  2. One entry per household.
  3. You must be 18 or older to enter.
  4. Hawaii Jewelry Association Members, their employees and their families are not eligible.
  5. Contest closes at midnight on April 30, 2015.
  6. The winner will be selected at random by the Hawaii Jewelers Association.
  7. The winner will be contacted using the information supplied on the entry form.
  8. If the winner can not be reached by May 3, 2015, an alternate winner will be selected.
  9. Prize will be awarded in person at the Hawaii Jewelers Association member location (the store you voted for) the week of May 3 - 9, 2015 at a mutually agreed upon time and date.
  10. The winner agrees to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes by the Hawaii Jewelers Association.
  11. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents will be awarded.
  12. Value of the prize is estimated. Actual value of the prize is subject to market valuation.
