Hawaii Jewelers Win Awards

Contests honor new designs in cultured pearl jewelry, colored gem jewelry and earrings

 

The Hawaii Jewelers Association recently honored winners of its three jewelry design contests, one each for cultured pearl jewelry, colored gemstone jewelry and earrings.

First PlaceCathleen Bunt
Kathleen Bunt Fine Art Jewelry,
Kihei, Maui“Madonna,” an 18k gold enhancer with four Tahitian cultured pearls from 9.4mm to 9.8mm, a 3.1-ct. pink tourmaline and 0.70 carat of diamonds. The accompanying necklace has six Tahitian cultured pearls ranging from 9.2mm to 9.6mm and is set with 0.55 carat of diamonds.
